Collection ordering information
Orders are for collection from 127 Legrams Lane, Bradford BD7 2AA. No delivery is available. Pay using a method shown at checkout when you collect.
Submitting a request does not mean it has been accepted. Wait for the shop to accept it on your order-status page. Preparation times are estimates. To change or cancel an order, phone 01274 010431 as soon as possible.
Allergies and ingredients
If you have a food allergy or intolerance, call the shop before placing an order. Please do not rely on order notes as confirmation that an allergy request can be accommodated.
Your information
We collect your name, UK mobile number, order choices and any notes you enter to receive, prepare and manage your collection order and contact you about it. No payment-card details are collected on this website. Your information is not automatically used for marketing or linked to rewards.
Your browser stores your basket and private order link so you can recover them. Staff sign-in uses an essential session cookie. There are no advertising trackers in this ordering application. The ordering service uses Cloudflare infrastructure to process and store order information.
Keeping your information
Our daily cleanup removes customer names, mobile numbers, order notes and free-text cancellation or rejection reasons from orders older than 90 days. It also disables their private status links. Cleanup runs once a day, so removal can take up to one additional day. Order items, amounts, payment method and fulfilment status remain in the shop's order history without those customer details. This policy applies to collection ordering; the separate rewards club is unchanged.
Your basket and latest private order link remain in your browser until you clear them. Email correspondence sent to us is separate from this automatic order cleanup.
Complaints and job applications
Our contact forms collect the name, email, optional phone number and message you submit. Job applicants may also supply a PDF CV. Submissions are saved privately for the owner and emailed to texasfcbfd@gmail.com using Resend, our email service provider, to handle your feedback or application. They are not public reviews and are not used for marketing. Dashboard submissions and attachments are deleted after 90 days by daily cleanup; emails, provider-held copies and downloaded CVs need separate retention and deletion.
